Refund Policy

At MyLeapSMM, we strive to provide excellent service. However, due to the nature of our digital services, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Final Sales

Once an order is placed and the status is "In Progress" or "Completed," no refunds will be issued to your payment method. This is because our services are digital and delivery begins immediately upon order placement.

Account Credits

If a service fails to deliver, the amount will be automatically refunded to your MyLeapSMM wallet balance, not your original bank account. These credits can be used for future orders on our platform.

Disputes & Chargebacks

⚠️ Important Warning

Opening a dispute or chargeback with Razorpay after a successful delivery will result in a permanent ban from our platform. If you have concerns about your order, please contact our support team first.

Partial Orders

If only a portion of an order is delivered, we will refund the remaining balance to your internal account. The refund amount will be calculated based on the undelivered quantity at the service rate.
